‘Because developing a positive relationship with your inner voice and emotions promotes wellness‘
Welcome
We believe that no-one should live pretending everything is OK if they are struggling. EVERYONE deserves to shine brightly in their own unique way.
More often than not, our BIG emotions are perceived as ‘illnesses’ or ‘problems’ rather than normal responses to our individual life circumstances.
Through our work, Think Well Be Well™ want to help children and their key adults to develop more awareness of how they feel and be comfortable with whatever that might be. It is ok to feel sad, angry, scared, anxious, guilty, shame, love, joy etc. Emotions are an intrinsic part of being human and it’s central for our wellbeing to be able to recognise and express them without being judged or criticised by ourselves or others. Not acknowledging or expressing our emotions won’t make them go away, but might actually lead to the development of mental health challenges and physical symptoms. Making friends with our emotions, and learning to regulate BIG emotions, helps us to start living the lives we want to be living.
Our Aims and Values

We want to make therapeutic, wellness support accessible, timely and affordable for ALL.
We believe that EVERYONE deserves to shine brightly with their own unique light, and we understand that sometimes our BIG emotions get in the way of this being possible.
We work with children, young adults, parents/carers and school-based professionals. We offer groups or one to one because we know that everyone needs something different in order to thrive.
Our sessions will always be tailored to your unique needs and ways of working.
“Excellent “
You made me feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed our parent sessions and the impact has lasted long after we finished. Thank you!

“Fantastic”
I’m really appreciating the kind and caring approach. I felt a bit anxious at first but was completely put at ease. It has really helped me. I still feel all the same feelings but I feel like I’m in control of them now! Would highly recommend the calm approach method.
