Most parents/carers put the needs of their child first.  Parents/carers of children who are struggling to regulate their BIG emotions have even less time and energy to focus on their own physical and mental wellness. Many parents/carers are left feeling exhausted; not knowing what to do for the best.

Think Well Be Well’s C.A.L.M Approach™ aims to shine the light on parental wellness by:

  • Supporting parents to understand their child’s emotional responses
  • Offering parents a space to talk through challenges in a safe, non-judgemental space.
  • Exploring a range of therapeutic parenting strategies matched to their child’s unique needs.

This is offered through one-to-one or group sessions.
